Shipping is absolutely ridiculous. Zero communication after purchase. No email, not a single message saying hey we are working on the order. Just thanks for the money. Knowing when the order was placed there is a time crunch to get the bike on the road!!! The order was made over the phone. Andrew and his team helped me out in a pinch where I couldn’t find anyone to do a small little task that I just couldn’t get done myself. Prompt, friendly, and just plain kind. Will definitely do business here again.
