I tried to complain to the manager and I got talked over. Crab stuffed mushrooms had no crab. Prime rib had no taste. Mac and cheese had corn in it!!! I'm not happy at all.
Major Kudos to the new owners for keeping the best of the Horsemen past and combining it with their own wonderful new touches to this landmark restaurant. All of the western feel is still there, the all new salad bar is diverse, generous and still served on a western wagon and many of the cowboy artifacts have been cleaned up and rehung. The Horsemen Lodge changed up their breakfast menu a bit and I have to say, it's gotten better. The food was better than before and better priced. Well done, I'll have to come here more often.

Great food and great atmosphere.
Tasty Steaks Horseman's has some nice cuts of meat and they know how to prepare them to your liking. It's a pretty good drive but the atmosphere and the service make up for any inconvenience.
