We tried calling for an hour to place a to go order, because we didn’t get thru on the phone we drove down to place our order (we have been coming to HF for years and wanted to support you during this trying time) Upon arriving the hostess was very rude, stating “sorry we have been busy, go to the bar and order” We proceeded to the bar to order where we were met with a bartender who said “how big is this order, we cannot do this, the kitchen can’t do this, we cannot handle this”.
