Dined there last week with family and was overall disappointed with food. Fish & Chips was a piece of haddock which the breading came off in one piece almost immediately..a sure sign of a frozen or pre-made portion. For $18 it should be freshly made and battered. What made it worse is we went to Deacon St the next night and saw their fish and chips and it looked outstanding (at $14). I really like the up-bar, wait staff is great and the food is usually good. I did not have a great meal last week though. I had to send back my swordfish on salad. The waiter was great , very apologetic, then returned with another piece it still wasn't great but it was better than the 1st piece. I should know better than to order a seafood that far from the coast. But overall I've had great experiences there. this place is really a great place for lodge groups.
Amazing mussels! Super Clam chowder, and a lovely Sycamore Lane White Zinfindel! Great village views from large windows. LOVE IT!
Everytime I go to bike week I eat here and love the food plus great service.
Best corned beef sandwich around!
