This rate restructure is a terrible thing to do to people, especially if you have a 96-year-old Mom with MS. If this isn't greed, please tell me what it is. What is the reason for this? Only thing they care about is getting a check. Online it shows one balance and it be a whole different one after you pay it. The new update is bullshit .Now it's showing you short 8 cent and when you call them and ask why they tell you the balance that was showing wasn't right so now gotta pay more money. Just need to do Betta all around
