The company should be called ( Horry county Electric LINE OUR POCKETS) I have lived in 6 states and have never seen anything like this. For the 6 years we are here the temps have been the same each season. We are a couple in our late eighties, keep the thermostat the same, do two loads of laundry the same time of the day, yet by last bill was almost double. Now what has changed in the last 6 years? This rate restructure is a terrible thing to do to people, especially if you have a 96-year-old Mom with MS. If this isn't greed, please tell me what it is. What is the reason for this? I have tried to limit my electric usage during these hours, but it is not working! It's the hottest time of the day. How do you cook dinner, and why should I have to wait to run the dishwasher? Only thing they care about is getting a check. Online it shows one balance and it be a whole different one after you pay it. The new update is bullshit .Now it's showing you short 8 cent and when you call them and ask why they tell you the balance that was showing wasn't right so now gotta pay more money. Just need to do Betta all around
