The florist went above and beyond with my last minute request.
I went in there Friday to get a nice floral arrangement in a container. They had nothing! made up. When I asked if I could pick some flowers and have them make just a bouquet out for me they said no and that I would have to wait until Saturday.! Not very good customer service.! So I went to Ludema's Floral and got a beautiful arrangement that was all made up.!!

Love Horrocks and very excited about the remodel, but the butcher counter employees don't wear gloves when handling RAW meat! Yuck! The guy waiting on me said a deli plastic sheet was enough, but his thumb touched the meat when he grabbed it. I refused to buy and talked to the floor manager. No change has been made. Will not buy their meat until they wear gloves.
