I have been seeing Dr. Horowitz for more than 15 years and he is an excellent Primary Care Physician. He knows what he knows and never goes beyond that knowledge. If he doesn't know something, he admits it and finds the answer. He is also well known and liked by all kinds of medical specialists and is able to get his patients scheduled with those specialists when his patients need help from those specialists.
