I had a great experience at this clinic. The Dr. Kelvin Yip was professional, efficient, and made the whole consultation smooth. The nurse was also very skilled with vaccinations and made the process quick and comfortable.
This was a very disappointing experience with Dr Po Sim. During our consultation, she repeatedly (at least three times) stated that she is not our “family doctor.” This was confusing and unnecessary, as we have only visited this clinic twice and do not have any designated family GP here. Her attitude made us feel like she did not want to take any responsibility for our care and was more interested in getting us out of the room as quickly as possible. First of all, the reception staff are nice and helpful. But, Dr. Max Wong’s attitude was exceptionally poor. After I entered the room, he didn't even greet me. He sat in his chair without looking at me once throughout the entire visit and didn't ask any questions. I had to state my concerns myself while he typed on his computer. Our family has been with the clinic for nearly twenty years since it’s opened. Dr Yip is very professional and caring, he is looking after our family with his great experience and kindness.
Hornsby station medical practice is a good place for Chinese patients. I am so happy to recommend my GP Cindy Deng. She is professional with love and caring ..Whenever you see her, always be touched by not only her heeling but also her sincere , lots of nature characteristics warming her patients .
