Hornsby station medical practice is a good place for Chinese patients. I am so happy to recommend my GP Cindy Deng. She is professional with love and caring ..Whenever you see her, always be touched by not only her heeling but also her sincere , lots of nature characteristics warming her patients . Doctor Yip is an amazing doctor who cares about his patients. He is a very methodical and knowledgeable, he does a great job.
A few weeks ago, I took my father to see Dr. Kelvin Yip. The consultation was a huge disappointment. Dr. Yip showed no empathy or patience—he just asked a few brief questions, quickly prescribed some medication and ordered tests, then rushed us to leave. What should have been a standard 15-minute consultation was cut short to just 5 or 6 minutes. The clinic charges around $45 for the first visit patient, and even elderly patients with a concession card are required to pay. The experience and the cost were simply not worth it... read more
The young receptionist (or receptionists, not sure if they are the same person cos the first one hang up my call) yells on the phone. The older receptionist is nice and friendly.
