The young receptionist (or receptionists, not sure if they are the same person cos the first one hang up my call) yells on the phone. The older receptionist is nice and friendly.

I've been using Alison's services for a couple of years now and I wouldn't consider anywhere else. Alison is very good at what she does and always gets me physically where I need to be. Not to mention such strong hands for a small woman, she can always get my knots out of my back and relax my muscles.
My husband and I were one of the first people to walk into Hornsby Station Medical practice when it opened in 2007. We have experienced excellent medical care through out the following eighteen years from Dr Yip and occasionally from other male and female doctors in the practice.
