Earlier this year, I had a serious fall and badly injured both of my knees. On the day of the accident, I attended Hornsby Hospital Emergency seeking treatment for my injuries. I was told that my bones were fine, but no treatment was provided for my wounds. The wounds were not cleaned, dressed, or otherwise treated, and I was simply advised to wash them while showering at home.
