Shaved down my teeth without gaining consent so that I’ve since had significant irreparable tooth sensitivity all for the purpose of them looking slightly more visually pleasing to her (I would disagree even this was achieved). Otherwise a good orthodontist but watch out for this

I had some glue accidentally taken off at a clean from another dentist. I’d booked in to have it replaced and Jean took such care, went above and beyond. She cleaned my teeth and replaced the glue. The staff culture was also notable to mention. Everyone seemed happy, well looked after and respected. Such a lovely environment. Thank you for going the extra mile for me!
