Had an amazing experience with Dr Kim. Gina was also very responsive and helpful throughout the whole process.
Was very terrified about getting my wisdom teeth out, especially all the “useful” input from friends and family on how horrific their experiences were (thanks friends). Dr Deane and the whole team were wonderful. Everyone was kind and supportive. I had an excellent experience at Hornsby OMS on 18/09/2024. From the moment of phone call to make appointment to the time I arrived, the staff at the reception made me feel very welcome. The receptionist was incredibly kind and lovely, which truly made my day. Dr. James Kim performed my wisdom tooth extraction, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
