My dentist sent me to emergency for IV antibiotics Not sure if this was really an emergency but I went anyway. I wish they had told me on arrival this wasn't an emergency and I could have started oral antibiotics straight away. I was in emergency for over 7 hours without seeing a Dr. I was in pain and nurses did give me painkillers after following up a few times. But after 7.30 hours, I did not see an end to waiting so left. Lesson learned - unless really an emergency do not go ...

I just wanted to congratulate all staff nursing,ambulance, ct scan/radiology, occupational, physio, respiratory, kitchen and numerous other sections for their outstanding care given to me when admitted on 000 Saturday 2 weeks ago. Unfortunately, this was a very poor experience in the emergency department. My son was experiencing finger pain and a fracture and required medical attention, but we waited for over four hours. Our concerns were not properly addressed when we tried to explain the situation. They told us there were many patients ahead of us, but in reality, every person who arrived after us was seen before us and left earlier.

I visited the Emergency Department on 29 May at 7:30 pm. The service and attitude of all staff were excellent. I did not have to wait long and was treated with kindness and professionalism. I would like to thank Dr Marina and all the staff who looked after me during my visit. I really appreciate the care and support I received.
