After a 4 week wait for my appointment, I turned up to find that it had been cancelled (not by me). Receptionists were unapologetic, so I now have to wait another 4 weeks!!!
This practice is wonderful I couldn’t recommend it enough! The GPs make you feel heard and listened to and the reception staff are always so welcoming!
