After a 4 week wait for my appointment, I turned up to find that it had been cancelled (not by me). Receptionists were unapologetic, so I now have to wait another 4 weeks!!!
This practice is wonderful I couldn’t recommend it enough! The GPs make you feel heard and listened to and the reception staff are always so welcoming!
Doctors that have excellent knowledge and they care.
The location is not ideal, being HKH hospital, but once you experience the care, professionalism and sheer brilliance of these doctors and their support staff, you will go out of your way to make them your usual practice! If I could give it 10 stars, I would.
