The registered nurse who helped me with my vaccination record card was a life saver. She was able to do what two incompetent doctors couldn’t do in 10 minutes. Couldn’t have had a better outcome. Thank you so much!
Front desk staff brilliant, Dr Renu is exceptional. Understand they have to charge and that's a challenge, so save up , and let's make this Govt accountable and support GPs - increase Medicare so we can actually get in to them in a timely manner and afford it.
I've been here twice due to it being local and requiring a medical certificate for work. First time I got charged $80 for being told that I was young enough for my body to fight off whichever virus I had and being in the room for no longer than 60 seconds. It was a mistake to come back as the second time I got sent a surprise invoice for $90 a week later on top of the $80 for the walk-in due to a pathology test they didn't tell me would cost any extra - to the point I thought the invoice was a scam email.
