I took my 94yr old friend for a check up. The Doctor was very nice and explained everything clearly. However, I cannot say the same about the receptionists. No pleasant greeting, smile or acknowledgement. It seems they were too busy to 'receive' patients. Not good customer service at all. We have been to heart specialists, dentists & other specialists, and have always received a warm welcome. Disappointed
I have seen Dr. Patel since 2014 since I had a Thrombosis of the eye and subsequently for other unrelated eye issues. Although I have regular eye test through optometrists I always like to see Dr. Patel every 18 months / 2 years and feel assured of his advice / experience. Very professional
I don't know much about eyes but I can assure you they displayed an absolute mountain of patience and empathy when dealing with one of my family members... good one Dr Lal.
Dr Patel was very calm and professional. He spent time to explain me what was happening. I highly recommend him as the best Ophthalmologist in Hornsby
