Very disappointed with the male receptionist. His poor attitude and unhelpful manner made me feel unwelcome.
Long term patient of the wonderful Dr Nam after coming across Hornsby Central Medical centre years ago. She has been game changer for my health overall. So grateful to her. The clinic is always happy to help and do their best to accommodate when they can. Always a busy clinic but have always been welcoming, non-judgemental and kind. Booking online is a plus.

I’m seriously offended by the poor experience dealing with Dr. Liu in recent consultation. As a chronic hepatitis B patient, I did my blood test last November and received notification for another test in June. Receptionist advised she can only book me for Dr. Liu for late August which is extra 2 months’ waiting. I agreed with understanding at the time.
