Did a 24 hour BP monitoring test last week. I was given a dodgy unit that was malfunctioning most times. Took back the unit next day and they said they will check and get back. This was over 4 days now, no communication at all.

If you had done a small amount of further reading you would realise that, at present, there are NO medications available that specifically target ApoB or Lp(a) - some experimental drugs are in phase 2 and phase 3 trials overseas but unlikely to available in Australia within the next year or two. It has been my expierience for many years now to be under the treatment and care of Dr Malini Govindan of the Hornsby Cardiac unit ,,,She is highly professional ,,very caring and warm and extremely thorough ,,,,willing to explain things very well indeed making you feel comfortable ,,,,I have experienced several specialists and I could not recommend Dr Govindan highly enough ,,,,your in safe hands !!!!
