My husband has been seeing Dr Gray since 2007, he is amazing The staff are very polite and professional.
It has been my expierience for many years now to be under the treatment and care of Dr Malini Govindan of the Hornsby Cardiac unit ,,,She is highly professional ,,very caring and warm and extremely thorough ,,,,willing to explain things very well indeed making you feel comfortable ,,,,I have experienced several specialists and I could not recommend Dr Govindan highly enough ,,,,your in safe hands !!!!
Dr Gray provides an excellent service, however the admistrative staff appear incapable of distinguishing patient names, summoning me for someone else's appointment and then unable to notice the error when both turned up - thereby wasting well over a couple of hours of my time. The person at reception did apologise, but I believe the person actually making the error did not take responsibility.
I've been seeing Dr Hellerstrand for around 30 plus years, He saved my life a few times , A very thorough and caring person
