Undoubtedly the best service I have experienced over the years of getting my cars serviced or repaired. The team went out of their way to book my car in asap, also installed a side mirror quickly so I could drive safely and provided a temporary vehicle while my car was with them. Thank you!
I took my Model3 for repair to BMW Body Shop at Hornsby. Emma & Riccardo were super helpful from the get-go. The wait time to drop of the car was long due to delay in sourcing parts. When it was my turn, the process was pretty seamless. The body shop did flawless work on my Model3, it looks like brand new. Kudos to guys and girls. Keep up the good work! P.S: Nobody asked me to write this review. Genuinely liked their work and professionalism.
What a great team BMW Hornsby Bodyshop have. Amy, Emma, Riccardo, Mohsen were amazing to deal with and clearly backed up by a top class bodyshop team. My closest BMW dealer / bodyshop is closer but the reviews made my decision after someone crashed into me. Hopefully no one crashes into me again but if they do, I know I’ll never need to look up a repairer again - straight to Hornsby BMW Bodyshop. Thanks team!
