I was given a Gift voucher (facial& neck) for my birthday. Annie was fantastic at what she does. You come out of there feeling really refreshed. I have recommended it to my friends and would definitely return in the future.
I stood at the door and was completely ignored, although two people looked at me. I felt that it was racist because I'm caucasian?
I booked an appointment for 3pm and was a Lil bit late, the lady who serviced seems to prioritize walks ins more. She was not accepting what I was trying to convey and the procedure was really different from what I expected. The person who did was so rude and I am really unhappy with the service I received. If you are consulting them its a big no in advance.
Annie was lovely, service was quick, comfortable and she carefully advises you about your treatment
