OMG! This is the worst service centre I have ever had in my life in any different industries. I went there for the service I needed but I went back after 20 mins. He said that it was done (so quick I can’t believe) then he changed something I did not ask and charged. When I asked him the reason why he had changed the thing he said your car needs it with a gobsmacking price. ( I changed it a few months ago with a check-up in a different service.) I got ripped off. Today I came up there and wanted pink slip and mechanic over there told me that my car has a big problem and my oil flows from the car so he has to change it (700aud he said) and because I understand cars a bit and I saw that this is not true because there was just like one tear of leaking oil (which is normal on old cars that the oil is leaking just a little bit). Thanks Recently, there was a customer who gave the store a score of 1 for not being able to wear a pink slip. Another customer had a score of 1 for a customer who made an unacceptable request to go outside with a repair fee guide car and ask for a key to come back with the repair fee. They were the first visitors. Another guest visited another business and gave it a low rating.
