Dr Horne is treating a family member with multiple needs and is probably the best doctor we have found in NE PA. He LISTENS to her, is empathetic, and best of all, he does his research when usual methods aren't enough. He not only refers to other specialties, he follows up with them to be sure they are taking care of her. I only wish he could manage all her care.
