*** WARNING STAY AWAY FROM HORNE!!*** I bought an 06 Raider on 03/28/20 from them and the day I drove it off the lot, the very day, check engine light comes on. They tell me to take it to SSC. Turns out it was transmission. It took 4 tries for it to get it "fixed". However I'm still having issues. Now fuses are popping so truck doesn't start. I was a first time car buyer they took the car back after a few days said the bank didn't approve me They didn't even give me my downpayment back. Worst Experience Ever
RecommendedGreat people to work with! And I live 2,000 miles away and it was seem less! Vehicle was pristine and even better than advertised. Quick and courteous responses to my 100s of questions. Never seemed to be looked down at or as if question was annoying or stupid. I’d recommend wholeheartedly! Folks at Horne will treat you right so you can drive right!
Called about a vehicle. Stated we wanted to do non traditional financing. Stated what we had for down payment and monthly payment needed. Was told 'Oh sure we can definately work with that, set up an appt." Take 2.5 hrs of the day only to be told, "Oh no",sorry. Actually you need $4500 down." Sad ploy to waste a customer's time.
They were awesome there. Kelly was the man! No hassels they busted their rears to make sure I was taken care of. Thanks guys
Terrible experience!! I felt pressured due to low credit to choose between only 2 vehicles which also demanded a 2500.00 down!!!!!! The car only had 108,000 miles and I purchased only 3 months ago and now I have nothing to drive quite often!!! First the car needed timing belts which is to be changed at 100,000 miles which they failed to do so that is 700.00! Which the extra 1500.00 warranty that they made me purchase doesn’t cover it.
