I made an attempt to purchase a used car from this dealership after going back it felt like I was stuck in a Seinfeld episode where all sorts of unwanted fees were magically added. The fees magically added over 30% to the price that was originally listed. The sales people won’t even honor prices that they have listed on there website and auto trader. If I were you don’t waste your time or hard earned money as these people don’t respect there customers
I experienced the rudest phone call with one of HORNE sales consultants. Telling me …..”let’s not waste your and my time, I make it easy for you this is not your car”…. during a 2 minute phone call is not what I expect from a professional dealership as a response when I inquire in reference to dealer installed options. My family has been loyal KIA customers for years but based on this experience I will take my families business someplace else.
Customer service is horrible! The GM is just as bad as the rest of the people. DO NOT BRING your car here to be serviced. You will be very disappointed.
If you want to go to a dealership that is going to take care of your issues and treat you with respect as a customer DO NOT GO HERE. I have never dealt with a more horrible service department, the initial representative Josh had no idea about what he was talking about and had to immediately defer to his manager "Jimmy". Jimmy was rude, disrespectful, and even hung up on me at the end of the call.
