Horne Kia and the entire Horne Auto Group are horrible. Their service departments are deplorable as is their customer service. Buy a car from this group and you are on your own as far as service goes. Take my advice I bought 2 cars from Horne Auto Group both dealers have horrible service...I no longer use them for service or new vehicles
