TL DR: Don't expect them to know their job. If there are any issues with paperwork you can not get ahold of them (go ahead and try, I dare you) 3.5 months ago I bought a truck. I went to purchase a vehicle from Horne Hyundai and I found one that I loved, did all of the finance paperwork and was “approved” for financing - put money down and drove away with my vehicle. Just over 30 days later, I get a letter from the finance company telling me they denied me. NEVER HEARD A WORD FROM THIS DEALERSHIP about this. Called in yesterday for a recall the next day at 7am on a Wednesday. When I arrived, they didnt have me on the schedule. Someone did not add me, but they added me on the schedule to make sure I was taken care of. Thank Horne Hyundai
First time for service here. Great experience and service! In and out right on schedule! Great customer service! I couldn’t have asked for for more. Highly recommended!
Went in to get an oil changed.. left with the a/c not working. During this heat, that's not acceptable.
