Susie Foushee! I have purchased or leased many vehicles, and the experience of shopping with Susie is the best I have ever had. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and great with communication! Bought a car here a year ago brand new and was never told the battery was bad, despite getting check-ups regularly. Called due to a dead battery on a Friday, was told to come by on Saturday to get it replaced. I was told to wait 2 hours, so I did. After over 2 hours, I asked about an ETA, they said another 30-45 minutes. I awkwardly said I thought it was only 2 hours? We had a very positive experience from start to finish. Even though we were just looking, Chris found us the perfect car and the rest is history. We did find one minor issue with the car after we took it home and the dealership agreed to take care of it promptly. Kudos to you for providing great customer service on that! Smooth transaction, without high pressure. I would recommend giving them a chance to earn your business!
I purchased a car here and immediately ran into serious transparency issues. During the sale, we talked at length about me being a Chicago sports fan — nothing about the Arizona Cardinals. Yet the plates that arrived were Arizona Cardinals specialty plates, added to my title application without my permission and with extra fees I did not approve.
