The staff here was kind, efficient and FAST. We were there for an emergency and couldn’t be more pleased.
They couldn’t have been nicer or more caring. Being reseonanly priced as well hit the trifecta for my furry family and me.
We brought our pup in for an emergency visit (7/20/19 8:15 p.m.). He wasn't in the best of moods. The receptionist was awesome. Unfortunately I didn't get her name. Kind, considerate and patient with Drake. Calmed my nerves and very informative. I think i would definitely use this facility, for a regular vet, if it wasn't an hour away from my house.
Your new exotic vet, Kathy Young is a peach! She’s fabulous with my boys Great service. Caring, knowledgeable about her patients. I would definitely refer any pet owner to your hospital.
Everyone here is super super nice always willing to help and just a great hospital to take your animals to they do a very great job :) #GreatWork!
I have had my cats treated here before but I will never be back. Euthanizing 97 shelter dogs is truly disgusting. These weren’t sick animals. This was confirmed by a Horn Lake city alderman. My pets all go to Open Arms now and Dr. Rickett is great.
These folks are very caring and helpful! Highly recommended!
My kitten/cat had surgery on Monday and stayed until Tuesday. From the moment we walked in until I took him home, I know that he was being cared for people who truly love animals. Everyone was very kind to me and to him. We are sold on this practice!! :)
