RecommendedWe brought our pup in for an emergency visit (7/20/19 8:15 p.m.). He wasn't in the best of moods. The receptionist was awesome. Unfortunately I didn't get her name. Kind, considerate and patient with Drake. Calmed my nerves and very informative. I think i would definitely use this facility, for a regular vet, if it wasn't an hour away from my house.

I have had my cats treated here before but I will never be back. Euthanizing 97 shelter dogs is truly disgusting. These weren’t sick animals. This was confirmed by a Horn Lake city alderman. My pets all go to Open Arms now and Dr. Rickett is great.

RecommendedMy kitten/cat had surgery on Monday and stayed until Tuesday. From the moment we walked in until I took him home, I know that he was being cared for people who truly love animals. Everyone was very kind to me and to him. We are sold on this practice!! :)
