My first time visiting the Pet ER. My aunt recommended this hospital. My cat Lizzie was badly hurt. She had to be euthanized. Dr.Bishop was so kind and caring. The whole staff was actually. They hugged me afterwards and that meant a lot.

Good at taking care of ur babies
After calling my two local vets(who I have failed to be impressed by, they don't seem to care about their patients and just care about the money) just to be told I had to wait for them to come back into town for my puppy to be seen about potential parvo, I made the hour and a half drive here, and I'm glad I did. Prompt, friendly service and they made me feel at ease - even when I called just a few hours later to check on Boss. HLA hospital is the best -I have always been treated extremely well and as far as my fur babies- All present and past ones have treated so excellent!! I know when I walk in with my babies that we will be greeted by the friendly staff. I have formed some great friendships and trust them tremendously with my babies. Everyone from Sherry, Terra, Wendy, Kayla, Lindsey, Dr Matt and Dr Kristie - the whole staff- Everyone is wonderful!!!
The staff, everyone, was so kind. They took great care of my Boston Terrier, Mr.Buster.
