Turned away a dog that had been hit by a car ,screaming in pain possibly both back legs broken . Smh
I just want to thank the ppl who saw &treated my dog Foxi. They were soooo understanding, loving, and kind. My dog Foxi got somewhat feisty, but they still done their job in treating her &making her feel comfortable... Until it was time for them to treat her rear end... I fell in love with how they done things w/out getting upset or frustrated, while she tried refusing the treatments. Thank you for comforting me today through the loss of my Sebastion. From the lady that took my phone call, 3 workers who came in and out of the room, the receptionist who showed me the bathroom, the lady who rang me up and the Doctor who helped us make a tough decision, you were all comforting and your words were simple but perfect. Thank you for helping my family during such a sad loss.
The people that work the late afternoon and overnight shifts act like they don't care they all have bad attitudes been here three times now over the years and every time it's the same attitude I don't recommend this place at all
Took my 4 year old long haired chihuahua She had hemorrhagic gastroenteritis, quick diagnosis kept her overnight IV fluids and medications. Let me call and check on her and encouraged me to come and see if I could get her to eat. Very grateful for their care and concern. Relieved someone was with her overnight.
