Actually, I give this place no stars. I really thought they was good but I went to Open Arms Animal hospital and got better service
I would like to thank the hospital for nothing I called and since Im not rich they would not help my kids dog I told them I would pay cash Monday but since they would not help my little girls dog died. That is sorry that they were more worried about money than help a family member. My girls are so heart broken. So if you are in a wreck or dying from a heart attack the EMT's and Firemen and Police Officers should be paid up front or you should Care Credit so they can be paid. Horn Lake Animal Hospital is a wonderful and caring place for all animal friends. The vets are dedicated, knowledgeable about the latest treatments, and do their best to make everything go as smoothly as possible. They're are a great team!
Tiffany is the best! She let me cry like a baby when I had to leave Cheddar. She listened to me and was so comforting with her words!
