Great place! Great food! Great environment! The staff is amazing and the ribs are to die for!
I am thankful we now have a place in Centralia to get good barbecue,I took my wife and a good friend to lunch here and we all really enjoyed the food,,,The young lady at the counter was very helpful,,Baked potato with pulled pork on it and some amazing house made sauce,,Yum,,,,Thank you and we will be back

Working my way through the menu, everything has been so good. Next visit, ribs. I always look forward to seeing the smiling, helpful girl at the counter.

The ribs were absolutely delicious !! To top it off is the sweet sauce is the best!! OMG!! I will be going back!!
Have to say the ribs are the best ribs i have ever tasted in my life.....I WILL BE GOING BACK VERY SOON......
Wasn't impressed I've had true BBQ from the south and well no comparison here. Even rib city in Vancouver does a better job. Way to much money for what was served. BBQ sauce goes on the food not in a plastic cup. Have squeeze bottles full at the table.

I had the three meat, which came with pulled pork, tri tip, ribs, and sausage with two sides. The sides were beans and pat to salad which was awesome. The pulled pork was really good, it had awesome flavoring from the smoke and really moist which is hard to get. Tri tip was to die for awesome pepper crust with an eligant smoke ring you could visable see.
