DON’T USE THIS COMPANY!!! Avoid at all cost! I currently live in the Enclave Apartments in Lewisville, TX. I had received a paper on my door from my apartment complex that that company would be out to the property to service our water from 9:00am-3:00pm. Horn Barlow Co has an exclusive agreement with Spectrum. Thus, tenants have no choice of Internet provider. I called Spectrum to cancel my home Internet service. They had to transfer me to the "cancellation department". At the beginning of the call, I stated, very explicitly, that nothing would change my mind. The agent kept running around in circles, refusing to confirm the cancellation, and actually asked me to knock on my neighbors' doors to see if they would transfer my service to them.
