Very honest and informative.
I'd give a 4.5 rating as I'm hard to draw blood from. The nurse was very patient, likeable, and explained the program very well. I'm anxious to see my lab results next week and start on the program they outline for me.
Denise was so knowledgeable and explained things in layman terms so I could understand. She took her time with me and went above and beyond to make feel heard and understood. I finally feel like I am going to feel better and that I have found a provider that truly cares about my health and well-being. Thank you again Denise!
