Main line and crisis line has been down for 3-4 days? What is going on? How are clients suppose to contact you if they are in crisis????
Certain people employed at this facility exhibit very unprofessional behavior. Also, they violate patient rights with certain very questionable acts. Abuse their position as providers in order to attempt to discredit the said allegations by patients within their spectrum of care.
Dr. Tan is the best! He’s extremely kind and very professional. I would highly recommend him!
Do not take mental health concerns seriously
This place has the biggest hassle. You have to do 20 appointments before you get to see therepist. Had to wait twice for 30 min at appointment time. Very disorganized.
