I have been at this property since 2018. When I first moved here, the attention to detail at this property was impeccable. Since then, the quality of this property has gone down to, sad to say "the slums." They allow any and everyone to move here, and those that move here have no regard for their neighbors at all. The apartments are nice, but all positives stop there. The security is non existent. I’ve been here 8 months and there are been, in my building alone, 2 breaks ins and a drive by “in air” shooter that threatened my life. A quick search on google reveals I’m not even close to the only one with serious security concerns. The back gate hasn’t worked in 8 months. This place is absolutely disgusting. The breezeways have not been cleaned since we moved in, in July. Our neighbors drags trash through the breeze way. There is rotten meat, pasta, rice, and dog poop. The rank smelling trash liquid has been left there for weeks. I have notified three different office managers, office staff and corporate with absolutely no response. Guess what’s on our door mat this morning? Trash goo and dog poop.
Worst Apartment Management group I have ever had the pleasure of associating with in my numerous Years in Charlotte. I moved out July 28, it is now October 9th and I have yet to receive my deposit back. I have called numerous times over the past two months. Never the same person on the phone, has been blamed on numerous reasons, one of those being the turn over of staff.
