I’m so relieved and hopeful now that I have found the Dynamic Duo that is Dr. Jeremiah Polk, Chiropractor and Chelsea Polk, massage therapist. Their combined experience has provided me with much needed pain relief. I’ve struggled with the complications associated with scoliosis since I was a teenager. I’m now in my 60’s and age has only made the pain worse. Enter Horizon Wellness and I’m feeling real relief.
Chelsea is by far the best I've ever been to! She is so knowledgeable and informative. I love my time there and could not recommend her enough.
