This doctor was recommended to us by my wife’s friend, who is a nurse. A great life hack is to ask a nurse "who is a good medical practitioner". Nurses know. The office is always busy, but Dr. Damaj is efficient while taking the time to answer any questions you have. You do not feel rushed. He is knowledgeable and compassionate. Was a possible new patient. I was referred by centennial hospital. Initially it only took 8 minutes of being on hold to schedule. Not too bad. A few days later I had to reschedule the appointment and was on hold for 10minutes decided to try my call again and an additional 25 minutes passed and was forced to leave a voicemail. The providers here are awesome, very thorough and caring for their patients. But the some of the support staff really couldn’t care less about the patients. I received a call at 4:49pm about my test results, as she was telling me my results the signal cut out (I’m traveling). I called back as soon as I had signal again and the front desk staff, Caprice, informed me they didn’t have my results. Dr. Rola Saad and her office are the worst. They are specialty yet accept primary care. Are unable to get PAs completed on time. Been with them for nearly 2 years and as time goes on it seems more and more like all they know how to do is play with a childs life.
