Despite the long wait line like about an hour, the staff and doctors are super friendly and they always answer your concerns and questions.
They tend to be very busy but I've had no trouble getting appointments and the 2 surgeries done on me have gone without any issues.
I called to make an appointment for a vasectomy mid march. They set the appointment date for june 30th (consultation) I get a phone call 5 days before appointment saying they are rescheduling my appointment for August because "The DR. Is preforming a surgery and I'm a new patient". I understand they are making more money from a surgery than my consultation appointment.
