They tend to be very busy but I've had no trouble getting appointments and the 2 surgeries done on me have gone without any issues.
I called to make an appointment for a vasectomy mid march. They set the appointment date for june 30th (consultation) I get a phone call 5 days before appointment saying they are rescheduling my appointment for August because "The DR. Is preforming a surgery and I'm a new patient". I understand they are making more money from a surgery than my consultation appointment. Despite the really long wait even though you have appointment. For example an appointment at 2 and you are called back at 3:30 then seen by dr at 4:00 then you don't leave until 4:45. Despite all that, the staff and Drs are wonderful and friendly!!!!!!
