2 nurses made a bed ridden women go without food for 2 days and told the family that they had called an ambulance but they actually did not. Also the nurses can barely speak English so communication is difficult. Then they decided to blame the family for the patient not being transported to the hospital. Very unethical behavior and actions.
I know that I can feel good referring any of my clients to Horizon!
