Places are dated and hoa fees are all over the place.
They dont tell you about all of the extra passes you have to pay for just to be able to park there or use the pool. it is $20 for each individual person to be able to get a wristband to swim at the pool and use other things there. Very unprofessional.Also the dryer handle is broken at the home and no one has tried to fix it.
