Had (outdoor spigot; indoor faucet) plumbing work done by Eric Garrison who was excellent. He explained everything in detail, was professional and friendly, and most willing to help in any way. Highly recommend.

We had a really bizarre situation on our hands. The previous owner of our home installed a very fancy/expensive faucet in our powder room from France. One day there was a pinhole leak in the spout and water was splashing across the room. So we did some research and found the company in France that makes this custom faucet and placed an order for it. Three months later it arrived via DHL express. My elderly mother in law was the victim of predatory behavior by a horizon tech, Dennis earlier this afternoon. She was home alone. The tech asked her some very sexually charged questions. Offered to give her a foot massage if she wanted to lie down on the bed or couch. I am not the type of person that gets joy out of leaving bad reviews as I know how important having a good reputation is. But this is beyond unacceptable behavior.

Had a power surge and it knocked out my HVAC system. I called Monday morning and a friendly and knowledgeable tech came out right away, diagnosed and fixed the unit promptly. Cost was less than expected. We bought our HVAC from Horizon 7 years ago and they always give good service.

The technician did such a bad job that he left created mold when he didn't dried it completely - now horizon is given me a lot of excuses to come back and fix the problem. Don't use them is better company's out here. I been getting reschedule with no prior notice all they says is weather when I call why they didn't come - same excuse every single time and today is a sunny day. Excuse after excuse. Poor excuse and poor service!
