Our experience with our roof replacement from Horizon Roofing has been a nightmare for us. Frank, the owner, gained our trust initially, but now we regret hiring him. It took Frank over 90 days from the time he completed our roof to provide us all the necessary lien releases for the job, including a 50% progress payment we had voluntarily made, and to finally show up for a scheduled appointment to address workmanship issues.
