I have been using this vet for more than 3 years. Unfortunately, the level of service and care has deteriorated along with everything else throughout the covid pandemic. My cat has a complicated health condition and has been seen my this vet since he was 6 months old. I had an emergency last Wednesday. The team quickly put him on oxygen and started medication to improve his chance of survival.
