I cannot say enough great things about Lorraine, Shannan, April, and ALLLL the staff. From getting a toilet fixed for us on a Friday night, to a pre-inspection for move out….they are fair and helpful and extra accommodating. Thank you thank you for all the years of impeccable service. Not only has she been very easy to work with but has gone over and beyond continuing with holding my hand long after close to line up contractors and answer questions. Patience, professionalism and integrity are just a few words that describe Horizon and Kelly. We are very grateful, being new to the community, thank you!
It's crazy these people are still in business. They took my entire security deposit for stupid charges like "refrigerator sanitation". I understand small things but like you do not need to take someone's entire security deposit when they lived there for only a year. Basic Wear and tear does not cost 2k.

My freind rented from them and multiple times when I went over to her house there was black mold in the corners of her bathroom. I know sometimes that stuff happens if you live somewhere long enough and don't take care of the place but she moved in like 4 months ago
