The staff at Horizon are really great. I walked in randomly (coming back from coffee) because I inquired about a house for sale on their window. The receptionist at the front and the agent were very friendly and helpful. I ended working with the agent, Kelly Marple, in helping me find a place to purchase in the area. She was absolutely fantastic. She worked with me for 3 months finding a place. In the beginning she listened, asked very good questions, and wanted to understand what I wanted. Called and left my number and a message for them to call, they never did.
Call this place and ask for Kelly, she is the best! My wife and I have rented the same house from her the last two winter's. Had a problem with the stove, new stove in a week. The house was two blocks from the beach in Cayucos. We shall return.
