At Avanti, management is super friendly and any maintenance requests I had were completed punctually! The events are super fun and they were great opportunities to get to know my neighbors.
Living at The Pheonix, the management team was always friendly and responsive, making it a comfortable and hassle-free place to call home. Steven Tran was incredibly helpful and made it easy to communicate any concerns. Highly recommend.
As a resident of Avanti, it has been a great experience so far! What sets them apart from other places I’ve resided is how great management is and how they are able to cultivate a wonderful community! 10/10 would recommend
I have had a chance to live in one of the Oregon and Sacramento properties and have enjoyed my stay there. I would not have left if it wasn’t for my job relocating me.
Nothing says "legitimate" like the class action waiver that's in the lease that includes a caveat for if/when the waiver is found to be illegal or unenforceable. That is super shady. "Hey sign this thing we acknowledge might become illegal!" Edit based on their response - Last time I emailed Contact@Horizon no one responded.
