I was THREE MINUTES LATE and the front desk lady/owner canceled my appointment. Apparently, even after twenty pages pre appointment questionnaires, filling general forms now takes fifty years. The psychiatrist himself came out and he was absurdly obnoxious. I don’t recommend anyone come to this dump. Save yourself the hassle and find someone who understands the word grace.
Struggling with mental health. Trying to call the provider to get the address because I was 6 minutes away and their text reminder does not have their address on it. Only been here one other time. they say after 6 minutes of being late they won't see me and they won't see me as a client any cuz it was an intake. So they really don't mental health. They just care about the money. I even showed up in person to talk to them. They said they still won't even reschedule.
