Total crooks! Read the contract before signing it. They will keep your deposit and charge you thousands more. They charge you for previous damages so take pictures BEFORE moving in, take pictures after moving out and get quotes from at least two businesses to see how much it would cost to fix any tiny hole in the wall (even pin sized holes!) Better yet, just steer clear of these crooks!
Horrible managing company for the Eagle Heights Village in Eagle mountain. Completely unreasonable and unprofessional staff, this company puts making money over the customer. Do not rent from any property they manage.
Maria the property manager of The Station @ pleasant view, will 100% discriminate against you if you have a large family. Then if you go to Alex he may help you. Extremely unprofessional group managing Eagle Heights Village Townhomes. Fine people for the same thing they are not doing in the property they are supposed to be managing such as mowing, weeding and keeping things clean. Everyone living here is on edge waiting for their next fine because of someone else’s dog pooping on their lawn or some ridiculous inspection issue.
