We want to acknowledge the superior efforts and diligent work that Sue with Horizon puts into matching homes with tenants and tenants with owners. Sue goes beyond the call of duty, working around the clock, seven days a week showing properties to prospective tenants. I love that Sue actually follows up with a call to the owners after each showing with feedback regarding the showing. It is rare these days to receive such personalized and excellent service.

We’ve enjoyed living in this beautiful home very, very much and are sad we must move. We’ve come to the realization that downsizing to a smaller home is the prudent thing for us to do at this time. It has been a pleasure renting from Horizon Properties. In each of my contacts with Horizon Properties over the past two and a half years, I’ve been impressed with your courtesy and professionalism. I had listed my property with another property management company but they did not have any success in renting the property. Then I made connections with your company. Within a few days, you had the property rented to a qualified and trusted person. The team at Horizon Properties did an outstanding job of taking care of the many details of the renting. I remember back to when I first started looking into a property manager. When I started with Horizon they said they would treat my home like their own. I think they have done just that and Im very pleased with the results.

I have worked with Sue from Horizon for a long time and she is absolutely the best. She makes an extra effort to ensure that she finds quality tenants that are a good match for me and my property. She has amazing communication skills and gives excellent service.

My wife and I have come back to Horizon Properties as second time renters. You should know that we are excited to be back as well. As long time renters we have seen many come and go but Horizon Properties is absolutely the most professional and caring management company I have ever been associated with. I cant imagine there is a place out there that does a better job of providing for both renters and tenants.
