Nobody ever answers the phone, they don’t return calls, how is a person supposed to schedule an appointment. This is the worst experience. You are on hold for a very long time and for what to leave a voicemail no one ever gets to!!! Close the place down if they don’t want patients!!!

Primary didn’t want to do any of my physical and sent me to specialist to get it done. They never answer or return calls and the lack of knowledge they have is crazy that they are allowed to be in practice smh
Tried for a couple weeks to get a prescription refilled and my meds ran out. I haven’t heard back from doctor or anyone from the front desk. Not ok. Just now tried to call to check and after waiting on hold for 10 min it sent me to voicemail. It is an answering service anyway so no direct contact with the office.
After Emily left, they fell apart. The remaining staff is sad at best.
