Not worth it, keep looking Very overpriced for what you get. Upper Management is not friendly at all. Master bath, shower enclosure door drips all over the floor and gets very moldy and nasty. Dryer does not work properly because the vent needs cleaned out clear up to the roof. It takes forever to get hot water, especially to the kitchen. The carpet is nasty and needs replaced. The issue you shared about your shower is not something we were made aware of, and has not been an issue for residents at our community.
