Horizon Pacific Contracting completed a major renovation on our family-owned rental building in James Bay. In early 2019, I hired Horizon Pacific Contracting to collaborate with my interior design company on designing and building my family’s custom home overlooking Cadboro Bay.The waterfront plot we purchased faced several challenges; it was steep and narrow, covered in sand, and subject to strict building height limitations. During the initial meeting we quickly realized that to get the custom home we wanted we needed to build a new house and Horizon was the best company for the job.
