The Hartford insurance agency is full of crooks. I had business insurance with them. Paid the policy in full for a year, cancelled the policy before the end of the period directly with my agent, only to have him not cancel it. They, then, billed me for another month and harassed me through an attorney for more than a year and half to get the additional month ( a whopping $87.00).
